It's possible for there to be a small time skip where rescuing Kanon and Apollo are done off-panel. It'd transition nicely if the next chapter picks up right after where the Elsie chapter leaves off with Kanon watching Elsie on TV.

The author is really promoting the hell out of "Birth" isn't he? I guess he knows that the series itself isn't selling that well so he is trying to do something to save it.

What's wrong with Wakaki promoting a character CD for a character in his manga series? Kanon is an idol so it's only natural there would be huge promotions for her music.

that's true. She also compose and sung in the practice but having a real vocalist is also good. I'm just more fond with band that had different thing like a vocalist as vocalist and a guitarist just a guitarist and maybe a back up or follow up or what ever you call that which sung together with the vocalist.

Though if I take it from K-On. Yui and Mio do vocals and play instrument..... but in chihiro's case... well I like yui sing more than mio because she is more entertaining as a vocal and chihiro isn't.
