Those Jlist probably trying to misguide the censored picture to attract attention to the fans thats how dirty marketing strategy is.

Who's art do you think is the best? I'd have to go with Goto-P's for now, but Na-Ga's is pretty good too.

Inoue is not an official artist for Angel Beats. The third one is Katsuzo Hirata, who did the designs used in the anime and most official art.

No matter how you look at it, atleast to me it looks weird if it was bubbles from bath, or if it was snow ... or that other thing o.o. There are bubbles slightly transparent on the BG too so it's probably supposed to be bubble bath but what she holds in her hands does NOT look like bubbles :x
