Is this supposed to be the new princess of Luxemburg? I wonder what she is doing with Ichika in bed since most of the girls wouldn't be bold enough to do it.

No to both. Not because no one has leaked that info, mind, but because that info hasn't been revealed yet. The only thing we know about the new Byakushiki is that it can reset an IS to default settings - that's it. Charl doesn't use her new IS on-screen due to being unused to it, and not yet knowing what it does herself yet.

Is it true that Cecilia is the first girl Ichika ever date with? If so, then when does it happen? Was it at vol. 11 of the light novel? I've watched all of the episodes of the anime and the chapters of the light novels and manga. And Ichika didn't have a single date with anyone due to their own insecurities as they let their violent jealousy consume them as they are fighting over him.

He went on a date with Honne in V10. I've told you this before. Yes though, the date with Cecilia was V11 - after his date with Honne.

Oh, I see. So Honne is the very first girl that Ichika has ever date with before Cecilia. Can you please tell me which one of these chapters in vol.10 where Ichika went on his first date with Honne and one of these chapters in vol.11 where he went on a date with Cecilia? I never seen those before.

I went to Baka Tsuki and all of the volumes are all gone. I've googled for Infinite Stratos vol 10 and 11. But I can't find it. Can you please help me find the site where I can read vol. 10 and 11?

They were taken down because Infinite Stratos has been officially licensed, making them illegal. You have to buy them from the official translator (J-Novel Club, iirc) to read them - Volume 1 has been released already, with more to come.

I see that Ichika's dates happened in the last chapters of both vol.10 and vol.11. That's the nice thing to know. But man, this sucks. Didn't you buy those volumes?

Edit: So, it's confirmed that Honne is Ichika's first real date unless you guys count Houki as Ichika's first real date on Vol. 4 chapter 3. Or Laura on vol. 9 for that manner.
