Regarding the ending shot of Sasuke and his Stage-4 Susanoo swooping down on Kaguya, I'm betting it's gonna be a repeat of how one chapter ended with the 8-Tails launching a Bijuudama right at the 10-Tails' eye, making us think something cool's about to happen, and at the start of the next chapter the 10-Tails just casually flicks it right back.

yea i agree. i would prefer madara to at least be around and important now, perhaps like a mexican standoff type fight where it's alliance vs madara vs kaguya. he was too powerful and important to the story to just be gone for some even older much-less-relevant character

i mostly meant relevant to us the readers. kaguya is arguably the most important character since she started everything, but as far as the story we've read all these years goes, she doesn't have much relevance

prolly not a far cry from how this will really end. i keep thinking, if 6paths had powers of yin/yang, what exactly did the sibling have? i can see a scenario in which the sibling passed his powers to his brother ultimately making the sage who he is. the same could potentially happen here where for some reaason sasuke has to give up his yin power to naruto as "cooperation" to end this whole thing
