I voted for a lot of people, but my favorites are the following:
First is Black Star, who despite being very obnoxious at times always gets very serious when he's in a battle. Unlike Naruto, who he;s often compared to and who wins his battles with pure fighting spirit and luck, Black Star's fights are all about pure skill. Every movement is meaningful and precise. Even when he gets his ass kicked, he still does it with style. I've never been bored by any of his battles so far.
Second is Mifune, who is also a pretty amazing fighter and has a really cool fighting style. Using a bag full of swords is great by itself, but he uses them in very creative ways, such as stepping stones, throwing weapons and to hold the enemy down. His 24-hit combo was amazing! His voice is also pretty cool - serious and menacing and at the same time full of honor.
Third is Shinigami-Sama, who usually acts like a goofball with his comical voice, but once he gets serious there is no stopping him. His serious voice is really intimidating and full of authority. There is a reason why he is considered the strongest.
I like many other characters (Stein, Medusa, Justin, Blair, Kid etc.) but those three stand above everyone else.
