Ugh... please don't remind me of the novels. I feel obligated to read everytime someone does. And you know very well my feelings on the original literature. If I can even call it that.

So how far can I play he "cores are living things too" card before it gets stale?

Not Houki, 'cause she is an important part of the story and the childhood friend of Ichika, except if you want to do more drama.
Same with Chifuyu or Madoka.
Not Tabane, because she is crazy. World doesn't need a crazy Avatar of the Sun.
Ran or Chloe... well, I don't know. Are they supporting characteres or main characteres?
Ichika... I can imagine this; He got revenge on Amateratsu for what she took from him, but in exchange, he has to become the Next Avatar.

Not revenge. In short, Amateratsu got fed up with human, and after the final battle with Dark Trible clan on the city of Von Braun, she fused with Madoka's Orochi - A creature of total chaos, then try to redo the whole world. Ichika's magical power got dismissed, and thus he had to turned for Tabane's help - A ninja Cyborg like Raiden from MGS.

Chloe here is like Rei from Evangelion, raised to be the Fangire's next head priestess. Ran and Dan are co-pilot of a Giant, Giga-Tank. That's all.

Nah! The purpose of getting Ichika having a dozen or so children with the girls will be fulfilled no matter what, so either way, it's fine with me. However, an "Artistic" Ending must also be archived.

I'd say Chloe, 'cause she has the power to do so as a priestess. Also, Ran, Dan and Ichika are cute togethere, it'd be very mean to separate them.

Speaking of sentient I.S., Ichika in Mirrorverse did see them as actual living beings, however only Quest Ichika regularly interact with the AI

I like this POV of your... Ichika will sufer in the Sarashiki's family. Hopefully he has his sisters and some help here and there. Contrariwise, I doubt his sisters would let him have a relationship with a woman they didn't accept.

my wild cores are all sentient. The reason they're called wild cores is because they were too willful to be put under control by Tabane. She just never bothered to recollect or destroy them. But since they are basically just beginning to gain sentience, only a few are actually capable of sentient thought. Most of them are still basically a mishmash of instincts and trying to mimic human thought. Wild animals most of them are.

The providences are the wild cores with sentience. They... possess humans to have a better understanding of humans as well as to properly interact with humans. Because wildcores are just... giant glass balls really.

No, the two girls will NEVER accept anyone other than they to be a part of Ichika's life. This is a kind of swing that you should focus: They try to let him go out, and then realized they were smitten by him years ago. From Brother to Darling.

So, could I duplicate an animal wild core? Mass-production.
