Kiroto lol is high STR , he used 2 sword in SAO and it need high among of STR to do so . Basically he is walking cheat . Asura was one with high AGI .

Can we stop mentioning Kirito, please? The one thing that makes this show appealing to me is no Kirito. For the first time I can watch a SAO anime without feeling like stabbing myself. Don't ruin the thread for me.

Kirito is a STR/AGI focused character. Asuna is AGI/DEX, like LLENN. The stories tend to describe people as generally having two primary stats (or possibly a primary and a secondary of close importance), one or two other stats of moderate importance, and then the rest are dump stats.

Supposedly, according to that one guy who died in the beginning of Phantom Bullet, the meta in GGO was shifting from AGI/DEX builds to STR/END builds, where being able to carry more powerful gun, wear heavier armor, and tank a bunch of hits was more effective than being able to dodge attacks and get up in your enemy's face. But personally I think he was just saying that at least as much to be a troll as anything. As long as the characters can die from being shot (ie: nobody's introducing full power armor or anything that renders high STR/END characters completely invulnerable to anything short of anti-materiel rifle fire), the speed-based characters are still going to be effective in combat.

Well, LLENN and M just got together for this tournament, and LLENN, at least, is mostly a solo player who primarily does PvM with occasional ambush PKing (PKing is standard in GGO: it's pretty much accepted that anyone encountered outside of the city who isn't an ally is going to attack you). She's actually not used to this sort of combat.

Clearly you missed his explanation that said faster swings = greater damage
Also Dual Wield is given to a player with greatest reaction speed
You don't even know your SAO lol~

Here AGI only be used for movement speed so it's less annoying, but bullets kill instantly so that's all that matter I guess

I guess I'm coming from the perspective that every other player aside LLENN team and SWAT team is a complete moron, with "Lucas" being the highlight.

So whoever made this realises that MMOs are dying and battle royales (along with MOBAs, which have been for a while) are the new hot fads so they made this into a battle royale anime akin to PUBG and fortnite. Bravo Japan, I applaud your ability to recognise the market

However... is it REALLY necessary to have a super annoying loli as a main character. And her classmates too. -_-'

I was surprised by how accurate the bullets used for the P90 were, instead of the generic looking ones they usually use for time's sake in anime. I do believe that is because the author is knowledgeable in this area though. I liked it.

This was an enjoyable action prologue. We'll see how the show holds up once we start learning more about the story and characters, but the first episode making me eager to see the next one is a good start.

I said nothing about his DPS , i only said that he need high STR to equip his swords (He said around time when he crafting his second sword) , so his build wasn't total AGI like Llenn (Asura more closed in style) . And the BS reaction speed was his cheat.
If there are any cheat in this one is the ridiculous small hit box combine with fast speed .

BTW , back to this anime , all i want to say is AGI wasn't top build in GGO anymore
