so true, I think kishi needs to take a lesson from akamatsu. His romance which is one of the bigger components in this portion than part 1 is just really cheesy.

They'd be crazy then. Naruto still hasn't even talked to her about the confession. NaruHina fans are pretty patient. They'll wait until Naruto and Hinata meet again.

Why is that?

Naruto's only going back to the village, were not sure if they even meet. And if so, Naruto would say Hey and ask of her condition. Then she would sit their blushing.

On the other hand SasuSaku is full of love, maybe NaruHina fans think this is an opening for their pairing. But it's not, it's just a big fat TRAP.

I think what El_Frenchie meant was that her confession was a sign that she's matured and has most likely grown passed acting like her usual self towards him. Correct me if I'm wrong El_Frenchie.

I think that was a oneshot.

Hinata grew a pair for 2 whole minutes, to just get knocked the fuck out. Which was a plot device to give naruto a chance to go bankai... i mean 8 tails. I can't see her doing anything besides act shy and coy when Naruto talks to her.

Then I guess we can agree to disagree (until this manga finally gets around to covering it 100+ chapters from now). Part 2 has made it a point to show each of the original genin growing up and finally maturing. So for Hinata to continue to act like she did before would actually be a sign of regression.

I think the fact that she is shy is just part of who she is. Like Temari being brash and loud. She has a personality, and the fact that she 'came out of the closet' to admit to Naruto she loved him should be regarded as her ability to overcome the feelings that, so far, have prevented her to talk to him openly.

ie, I don't see why she'd have to lose her personality (Who makes her who she is) in order to be with Naruto or talk to him. That's like saying you don't want someone for who they are, but for that image of the perfect person you got in your head.

Not very realistic.

Nothing in Naruto is realistic. Kishi pulls this shit straight out his ass. He'll do anything to stir up some drama.

NaruSaku = dead.

Whether NaruHina is plausible? I believe it is. She gained a ton of points from me facing off against Pein to save Naruto.

In all, I'd rather Naruto marry a princess who loves him for who he is and will die for him... instead of the lovestruck fangirl who lies to herself.
