I guess you're referring to the more recently translated chapters?

I don't remember the chimeras coming up again but I might have forgotten something. You will eventually see some follow-on stories from the recent events but it'll take well over 100 chapters before we get there...

so, volume 4 is the story of Barbaros's festival? but the illustration has Fran wear new gear suit. I thought that "Black Heavenly Tiger" suit set.

And I thought that after evolve to legendary Black Heavenly Tiger, Fran become OP but she cannot fully use her ability. she is pale compare to Chiara's evolving.

And is Shisou really ex-Cerubim? If yes, I can undertand that his ability is collecting skill after the all knowing Cerubim ability get remove by gods. But why must there a limit of how much skill that can get store. He must defrag his hardisk everytime he hit the limit and must search divine blacksmith to do it. so, Shisou not just get formated, but the section also get corrupted.

Just buy a new hardisk Fran!!!

I finished reading whatever's translated recently and this series has some good points despite using a lot of Isekai cliches. I have a few questions.

Spoiler:

What month is the most current chapter? I'm wondering if it's June yet and if they make it to the auction.

What level is Fran currently?

Is Fran still rank C in the Guild or did she rise to B? If she is rank B, did she form/join a party at some point?

Between the auction in June and the New Years stuff in the Capital, are there any more events?

In the latest raws the "auction" arc is just about over, though the auction itself turned out to be a tiny party of it. So not much time has passed in-world.

I don't remember there being a recent update on Fran's level. She was level 54 in chapter 380, and also changed her job to "sword king" around that time. This is a very high level job (the S-rank Beast King has the "spear king" job) though it means Fran isn't so good as magic (compared to magic swordsman job), but she prefers physical stuff over magic anyway. I doubt Fran has gone up more than a few levels since then.

Fran's still C rank in the adventurers guild. She could have chosen to rise to B but decided not to for various reasons. I wouldn't be surprised if she becomes B rank soon though, depending on how her latest actions are evaluated. She has not joined a permanent party but has fought alongside others.

Some pretty major events go on in the beastkin country while Fran is there (and also just before she got there). Like, a huge army of monsters attack - something that was triggered by a neighbouring country. Fran gets significantly involved with that since she was in a village of Black Catkins at the time and their village just happened to be near the border. She took on part of the monster army by herself while the village was evacuated.

At the end of all that they were able to meet up with the swordsmith mentioned in the recent chapters and quite a bit of info was found out about Shishou (as discussed on the previous page). Actually, in a very recent raw chapter we find out some more hints and it looks like Shishou and Fran are going to return to the starting point (the center of the Maokami Plains) to look for clues.

Thanks for the answers, though when I said events I meant more like festivals and holidays inbetween the months of June and December/January. Basically, any event with a date attached will probably be visited.

Hmm, looks like we'll get some real info on Shishou's circumstances soon. The "mysterious man" inside him told him to go back to the place where he woke up (in chapter 1) in 20 days (in time for the full moon). So Fran and Shishou are going back to Alessa for the first time in 6 months.

Meanwhile, in the translated chapters, it's fun seeing Fran being merciless...

Fran also gained a new nickname [黒猫聖女] Black Cat Saint, from all the injured people that she healed and rescued from rubble and such. But she thinks (and is correct) that Black Thunder Princess is still cooler. Still, she probably gained a title from all that, and those affect abilities in this world, so she's probably a more effective healer than she used to be.

You didn't mention that a few people are mourning the death of Shishou now, since he appeared in his doppleganger form but wasn't seen after the fighing, and Fran and Farrund are horrible at actually explaining things to other people. Except, apparently, Farrund is perfectly fine when speaking through telepathy.

Looks like Fran might be going to "school" in a later arc since the principal of the world's most prestigious magical academy asked Alistair (the God Sword expert who repaired Shishou) to find her at least a B-class adventurer which is what Fran has just become and Alistair might well try to track down Fran since she's heading for where Fran just was. It would be fun seeing Fran trying to use her brain more, heh. Shishou would probably need to bribe her with lots of curry.

Meanwhile, Fran is back to Alessa and wants permission to go to the wolf plains for "training" (though it's really for investigation). Since she's B-class (and one of the youngest ever) it's fine though poor GM is sighing a lot. Wonder how long until Fran meets Amanda again....

She's already met one in the translations - the dungeon master one. She's currently on her way to meet another. She'll also meet a whole village of them later on.

They seem quite rare in general though. Those like Fran and her parents seem to be extremely rare.
