Resting, holding it at her side vertically, whichever. I figured that sort of "resting" picture would be easier to gauge the size/ratio of her staff. I think I have that now though.

As someone who has actually made some cosplay costumes in the past I have to agree with that. More so for the wing/feather portions than the fabric portion though. Reinforce's (I guess) barrier jacket (I'd guess you'd call that a barrier jacket) isn't actually that complex, especially compared to other barrier jackets in the series which have a lot more colors and "trim" elements.

Still, the wings and leather work, along with (most likely) the book of darkness, plus the makeup each time you're going out in it... All that probably more than makes up for simplistic design (series "fault" not their) of the jacket in the end though.
