well it is suppose to be Gen5 ver of Lucario. At 90spd like Lucario it is still going to hurt you if you get surprise by it.

collecting pokemons are getting alot harder since the first red/blue, i dont want to buy another games that i never play just for a special pokemon or go to some events that i never have time to for another one

Personally... I think it's gotten easier since Gen IV, especially with the usage of GTS (although you have to have the Pokemon seen first in your Pokedex) and Wifi. And they tend to rehost events from time to time. Like with the Jirachi event; it was on a few months ago, and it started again yesterday.

All a friend did was just trade EVERYTHING (from Leafgreen to Emerald) onto the Diamond and Platinum versions and then everything on those to HG and he's sitting at the majority of the dex being completed. Granted it takes hours on end but he's almost done with it. As for me though... I wish I had a lock on my drawer so my mom wouldn't go selling stuff in yard sales...
