i looked at that and for it too look natural it just wouldnt work. from my experience [which is only 5 gifs but hey] we're pretty much limited to something like 10-15 frames for a decent size 256 or 128 color gif. to cram 10 seconds of footage into 10 frames is damn near impossible. but if someone else can do it, mad props.

i had to make the image smaller and lose some frames to get it right under 51k (know I knew what aroon was tellin me...plus i am not experienced when it comes to optimizing animated gifs)
if u choose one of the 2 fireball scenes then i would make it bigger and more detailed.
or maybe one of the gif gurus around here could make it better than what I did

Aroon is right, there's no way I can make an avatar with that many frames. I could make a GIF of it, but it would be 300kb, probably.

I took a look at the frames, you have tons of duplicates. To save on file size you can delete the duplicate frames and double the frame time on them. Leaving the frames where the lines move in this case is O.K. though. Usually I would remove those too.

Here's my shot at it, I opted to not use the part with him talking because it had too many subtitles.




If these really are your first few GIFs then I'm impressed
