Sometimes it's a bit difficult to come up with an accurate spelling for foreign names written in katakana. Neunte is a good example. Before we figured out that the apostles were named after German numbering,(Neunte = ninth, etc.) a lot of us simply spelled it as it sounded phonetically, Nointo. Similar in this case, フリード can be spelled/pronounced as Freed, but keeping with the German naming theme, which is prevalent throughout the series, I tend to spell it as Fried.

Hm, right, German pronounciation is a good one.
And now, question to all boys and girls in this corner. We need some elements to put near home fireplace beside Shizuku on the floor. Does she have some accessories of some sorts? Better if they have something in common with Christmas theme. Just besides katana I couldn't think of anything... Maybe some gift from Hajime..? Some Christmas socks will be there to enlighten the atmosphere, but that's not even close enough. Some elements which will be a good addition to a cute Shizuku which won't let the spectator crush his eyeballs with his hands inside of his head, hmmm... |

^Pretty much any cute thing works for Shizuku. Just look at how tempted by she was by Shea's rabbit ears in volume 7. Contrary to her normal behavior she keeps a lot of stuffed animals and plushies at home, very girly. As for gifts from Hajime, aside from the black katana there's also the pink mask as well as her special hair clip made from high magic affinity crystal appearing like countless fruits or drops of morning mist arranged on a leaf.
