i`d like an anime like Princess lover, I like that there is romance and at least a little bit of action.
i want the lead to be a male in hes mid/late teens and be kinda cool x)
And he has to be able to fight in someway ( like Teppei can fight with hes sword)
i don`t like anime that has like only 12 episodes since I finish them so quickly.

some kind of intemesy minimum 1 kiss, and it would be nice if the lead ends up with a girl before the end so you know what happens after they get together

school setting prefered

and a nonfantasy if that makes any sense

the two things above is not a must

Try Sumomomo Momomomo : the 2006 24-episode action romantic comedy is focused on Koshi, the smartest student of the highschool who his goal is to become a lawyer. One day, he meet a mysterious girl of his childhood named Momoko. However, the latter want Koshi to go back into martial arts in order to make him her fiancé ! It has romance and has some action in it. The protagonist show his cool side and already know how to fight, even though he prefers to relies on his schoolwork. It sets in school and has a little bit of fantasy.

EDIT : I second Seikon no Qwaser and it's one of the best animes I've seen in my life !! Unlike the usual harem leads, Sasha is the coolest lead and one of the exceptions to this rule !

Try Dogs Days and Seikon no Qwaser. Great romance, comedy, drama, and the dude gets noticed by really cute girls. It has the school setting you're looking for mixed with, action, fantasy, mystery, and supernatural elements. They're great, check them out.

Maji de Watashi ni Koishinasai! the protagonist is cunning one and can fight a little but the fight in this anime is a little bit like Dragon ball.

I will also mention Akikan! : the 2009 12-episode action romantic comedy TV anime is focused on a normal highschool boy named Kakeru who's moderately well-liked by his classmates. One night, after taking a shower, he needs to drink a melon can. After finishing drinking, he suddenly kiss a melon can who turned into a girl with melon can powers. The action portion, while being present to the anime, is minimal à la Dragon Ball.

One anime that is similar to princess lover is somewhat Akaneiro ni Somaru Saka.
There is the main protagonist who is getting in an arranged marriage with a girl he never met before. It has school settings. But it lacks the action and a definitive choice for a heroine.

Both AkaSaka and Princess lover are anime adaptions of eroge, but overall i didn't like the anime as much as the original VN's.

Sekirei has some romance and action, with plenty of ecchi.

And I'm with hyl, the VN for Princess Lover was much better.
