I should have watched more directly first time through. I was distracted so I was only partly looking at the screen, and like that the sight of her looking at her spread legs while eating that treat at the beginning looked seriously wrong. On another note, when Yoshio pushed Machi down and demanded to know why the bear could look at her in her underwear but she couldn't, I was thinking she'd reply that it's because he hasn't been neutered. But then again, his reaction to that one outfit kind of suggests to me that the neutering might have been botched. And on that note, Machi had better never wear the bear miko outfit ever again, or she really will wind up just like her supposed ancestor.

so Machi is gifted with supernatural abilities? but her angering the mountain gods in the name of a diet dance isn't one of them?
 so Natsu can balance out between modern lifestyles & the traditional Ainu culture really well, he's like the best example on how an Ainu can manage to flow in with the time while ultimately preserving their culture, & he's A TALKING BEAR for crying out loud, Machi only in her underwear getting wrestled around by Yoshio may invoke wrong implication screenshots of the episode.

This show remains among my favorites this season. So cute and funny. I totally lost it when the exercise tape started playing
The outfits were all pretty good. Personally, I would have voted for #4. Yum, bare shoulders.

The ecchi-ness is definitely intentional, and very possibly reflective of the actual bawdiness of boondocks humour. I imagine that villagers who know one another very well are not likely to be inhibited when it comes to the birds and bees.

Dammit! This stuff is freakin hilarious! This is so not the slow serene slice of life show I was expecting it to be. Machi is gaining weight and wants to do some exercise and uses a ritual as an excuse. Lol that was supposed to be a ritual and look what they did with it. The Machi dress-up was kawaii. Machi looks cute in them all. That 91 year old geezer sure has some good tastes though. Best of the lot. Although I wanted to see her in the idol outfit. Lol Natsu liked the bear ears and tail one but didn't show it but he tried to have Yoshi convince him that it is good. But then he changed his choice to go with what a bear chose lol. Utter failure. These guys just can't stop it with the loli service. Yoshi pinned down Machi in her underwear and was asking her why is he the pervert and not Natsu lol. He just answered his own question through his actions lol. Natsu's haircut time was hilarious. The hell was Machi even doing lol. She was stabbing the bear instead of cutting hair. This stuff is pretty damn hilarious. |
