The part where Naruto and Jiraiya have their talk was my absolute favorite part. That was a truly bonding moment, and Jiraiya is my favorite character, so seeing as much of him as possible is always a plus for me.

The music was spot on, and hearing Jiraiya's voice actor only made it more awesome. Especially when he tells Naruto "Your smile is my salvation.."

Ahhh, it had been so long since I last teared up during this scene - the last time was when I saw it in the Manga.

These kinds of moments aren't often in Naruto, and when they do happen, they're powerful. It's in these part where Kishi doesn't make me think he's an absolute idiot, but instead a genius.

Yeah that talk was definitely one of the best parts in the episode. Just shows how much they bonded during the years Naruto was away and that they had some pretty good times along the way. It was just a really nice scene.

But wow what a group of genius' they have in Konoha. I mean seriously that message is so clear it's embarrassing that they can't figure it out. Haven't read the manga and even I can see what Jiraiya was saying. Apparently he was being way too subtle.

One must not discount the fact that none of them actually met the 3; Konan, Nagato and Yahiko. They do not possess the same knowledge as us viewers.

OP is totally fine. It didn't spoil anything plot-wise (except the fact that Pain will attack Konoha, but come on), which is what really matters.

By the way, there's a trailer for the Pain invasion arc. I won't post it here because it is spoilerish, if anyone wants the link send me a PM.
