That fansub group has released this episode previously. However, they may have found out a glitch (video/error in translations/sound problem) in this release. so they produce another release (version 2).

That means the fansub group released a second version because the first one had spelling errors or lower quality.

Then you will probably notice the difference if you download the second version. If there is no video or sound problem, then its probably something with the translation, like SleeplessHeart said.

A-H Naruto 102v2 was released because of editing and typesetting errors in the original. There was nothing major wrong with it, except for the line where the font became tiny and yellow. :P

That's why I said there was nothing major wrong with it EXCEPT... But it's amazing how many people didn't notice. I've heard so many people ask why we released the v2, because, "I watched the original and I didn't notice anything wrong." I guess we don't always have the most discriminating audience.

Heh, note to self: Next time I see a title that looks so damn strange, ask if that's the final product or not.

I'm glad so many people enjoyed v1 but I'm surprised that people continue to download it since v2 is out.
