To anyone with movie encoding experience, Anime-Xen is currently looking for an encoder to work on the Full Metal Alchemist series. Translations are already done, so releasing is a matter of putting finishing touches on the clips.

You may want to try the "Fansub Groups" forum. I bet you'd have better results there.
