My god how stupid people can be.... OKei Until Death Do Us Part is a manga project published by Gangan Comics(owned by Square Enix), but Gangan Comics has only two types of releases like...

Bi-monthly: Ones every 2 months (I dont think Gangan Comics does that.)
Young Gangan = Bi-Weekly: Twice a month ( This magazine is also the one who is publishing Until Death Do Us Part.)
Monthly Shōnen Gangan = Monthly: Ones a month.
Weekly: Is Every week. (Also doesnt release weekly)

biweekly= once every two weeks or twice in a week, so it is not technically twice a month(28 days vs. 28-31days). bimonthly= once every two months or twice in a month. You could say that it is simply semantics, and that would be 100% true.

No bi-weekly is twice a month and Bi-monthly is Ones every two months.

yeah Bi-monthly and bi-weekly has two meanings, but when it comes to publications the meaning is clear.
