Anime similar to Yu Yu Haksuho (Preferably from the 90's or early 2000s)

I guess what I'm looking for is just an action/ shonen anime similar to Yu Yu Hakusho. The demon/ afterlife aspect isn't a must. I'm mainly looking for interesting villians/ heroes with interesting powers and abilities like YYH had

I prefer anime from the 90's and early 2000's since I tend to prefer the look and feel of it better. That isn't to say all newer anime is worse, I just like the less computerized look and feel.

-So yeah
-Interesting heroes/ Villians
Good variety of powers or fighting techniques
-Good dialogue
Preferably from the 90's or early 2000s (However if you know something that is newer and you think is good then let me know)
-Something with a dub available is always nice too. (I know that may get me some flack here but I like to switch off between dubbed and subbed lol)

^ Okay, This Is It!

Because the first adaptation of Hunter x Hunter IS my favourite shounen, back in the days I asked a lot about series similar to this one. Hence, one of the recommendations was Beet the Vandel Buster and the other (exactly because of weird powers!) was The Law of Ueki. Strange powers and stranger villains reside in Busou Renkin - perhaps with a significant dose of parody, and not in the years of preference, but you might give it a try.

Otherwise, Flame of Recca is like an obvious choice in regards to animation and shounen galore, and people used to say that Ninku was also in the tier. Never watched the series, though, and the movie wasn't convincing at all, ... maa ... the choice is yours.

Shadow Skill The TV Series might fit here, too, and you could take a look.

[That is, if you've already seen all des Dragonballs, Hokuto no Kens, Shaman Kings, Kenshin, Bakis, etc.][And, of course, there's a newer stuff like Kenichi or MAR].
