I was wondering... assuming that this is the last game of the series, are we going to get a face-off against some major antagonist on the present timeline like Daniel Cross? I really want to have a one-on-one death match against an assassin, but that probably isn't gonna happen here anyways.

Introducing characters and other stuff that so far have been confined to comics and comparable media would be tricky.
Spoiler:
So far we already have (kind of) a main antagonist in the shape of Warren Vidic, so I guess he's the only (named) big antagonist we'll have to defeat in AC3, since it's the last of the main series (the guys from Ubisoft said some time ago that further AC games were not excluded, but they'd probably not feature Desmond as the main character/Animus explorer). It's kind of late to introduce a new big bad guy unless it's some sort of faceless SEELE/Illuminati-like group whose members eventually die all together in an accident/explosion/whatever in AC3's climax. ... Unless Ubisoft opts for the "nah, the Templars aren't completely dead, which means we can make more games in the future wheeeee~" route.

^ Was it also confirmed whether she's still a sleeper agent or was her loyalty lies towards Desmond? I'm just curious because she just up and died in the end of Brotherhood directly in the hands of Desmond and indirectly by Juno herself without knowing what are her real feelings towards both parties.
@Renegade334 I suppose there is nothing can be after all since this is the last part of the series and it could also mess the plot and add more loose ends... |

It really is. The only new addition is bombs, which are overpowered. Also, for a game called "Revelations", there isn't many of those. |

I hope their new engine is worth it, I mostly found the combat lacking from the gameplay videos though.
I always thought that from so many sequels we'd get to see one of their games set in the glory of the Roman Empire since theirs just so much potential and controversy, but I'm more than anticipating the next installment to come close. Since this involves secret societies I'm guessing the founding of X group in 1776 will play some role in developing or thickening the plot. Even though this revolves around the templars, they seem to be influenced a lot with modern day's conspiracies which leads me to believe that they'll include this, or perhaps rewrite it to be a significant templar event. |

Oh, I didn't know that you were referring to that particular tidbit of information. :x I was mainly addressing Edge's question of Lucy's ORIGINAL intentions.
