Not so much a translation request but just asking what manga is this site about and who/what's the heroine in the artwork?

It's not a manga, it's a doujin series (originally game soft) called Touhou.

And the main character depicted is none other than mi'lady Yuyuko sama! (as seen in sig.)

First pic also depicts Yukari, and the last pic (under Event Rush) includes Kagurin Kaguya.

Some pretty damn good artwork too.

I didn't know that myself until I google imaged it and saw all kinds of food totally covered in chopped spring onions.

Just means to 'cover' but since we're all perverts here, the sexual connotation comes to mind first

I would like a translation for イチコロ. I have a decent idea of what it means(Something to do with an attraction to something beautiful) but coming up with a English translation in a sentence is hard especially since I can't find the word in my Japanese dictionary.

A very painful lesson that I'm learning about the jp language is that they have a horrible custom for abbreviating two full words to hell and then usually sticking it in katakana when the original word was two japanese normal words.

This is one of them hence no jp-eng dictionary will help much..

いちころ。

「一撃（一発）でころりと倒れる」の略語で、容易に負けてしまうことの意。

To be defeated in one blow/one shot, in other words, to be easily defeated.

The latest ones I learnt was

sumafo
and
merikuri

Say it out loud a few times, and guess the two words it originally was.
(answer in spoilers and no cheating!)
As a hint, they're both foreign words

heroine name = Saiｇyoji Yuyuko 西行寺　幽々子
Manga=Touhou Project 東方プロジェクト

person writing the blog is T-RAy, a member of Dojinshi circle PIN-WHEEL.
However the original manga is by Shanghai Alice Gengakudan

I know that the first two IMO is Kiuchi, but I can't tell the other two since I have never seen them used as kanji names.

This was a hard one! At first I thought it was Kyouei...

There are so many unconventional names these days, teachers working at elementary school are complaining that they cant even guess how half the kids names should be read/ pronounced.
