I'm not so sure about that. It does have a focus on independent avatar Sacred Gears and the Five Principal Clans. That's all I know.

Wew, Azazel looks more like Kiritsugu Emiya here (Actor Allusion perhaps?). Considering that he goes full on Watcher/Grigori mode here, it is pretty much justified to emphasise his build.

Also, you're welcome. I'm guessing people have read the WN here, so changes in the LN are pretty much nice bonuses.

So Sae died. Natsume is still alive, right? Hopefully they can be together. I wonder how many other girls he's got gunning for him. Hopefully it's enough for a harem. Having Lavinia in it would be good too unless she doesn't think of him that way (need info on that).

To be honest I prefer the male character designs of this illustrator over Miayama's. Miyama's macho guys are skinny for my taste.

Azazel really does look like a boss. I do want to see him with all of his 12 wings in the future.

Natsume perhaps yes, but Lavinia, from the way I see it, is a mix of Akeno's and Xenovia's character. She is a bit of a tease, yes, but in the end she may just look for one person only (which is anyone's guess).

Should I reread the original Slash/Dog? I do need a way to refresh my memory of this series. I heard there are just minor differences between this and the original Slash/Dog we have on B-T.

Because he took a sick pleasure in killing devils and monsters, which exorcists aren't supposed to do. And he might have still been with the Church at that time as it was stated that he became an exorcist when he was 13. And Freed's like the same age as Issei. Maybe during Slash Dog is when Azazel officially hires him.

And I'm guessing the wielder of Galatine is a Brave Saint probably.

EDIT: Yeah I prefer the male designs in Slash Dog better. No offense to Miyama, but his male designs look too goofy in my opinion. For example Issei's design when he has no shirt on. Issei's face just feels wrong on that buff body.
