Their prices are a lot cheaper then HLJ and other sites but I really don't like how little information they have about their business unlike HLJ which has lots of information.
You could check the original japanese AmiAmi, maybe the info got lost in the translation somewhere.

I use AmiAmi all the time. They're really great- lower prices, lots of shipping options, good customer service, and though I've never really experienced this myself, I've been told that they're very nice about canceling orders even though the website states that they don't.

They're great. I've bought just about all of my figures through them. Generally the best prices, and fast shipping (EMS within a couple days, SAL about a week JP->AU) though I don't use SAL anymore after one item sent via it was held by customs for two months without any notification to me at all. Chasing it up through the post office finally had them release and deliver it.

EMS I've had zero issues with. Also not had a problem ordering items listed Japan only. They'll send whatever you pay for, it seems.

I'll vouch for AmiAmi as well.

Faultless service. Their prices are usually 10-15% cheaper than RRP and EMS shipping for a figure is usually around 2500 Yen.

I too forgo SAL shipping these days, it's only another 1000 Yen in most cases for EMS over SAL and you can have the item in a few days - three days from Japan to rural Victoria? Yes please and with up to date tracking - whereas I've waited the whole 'twenty-eight days' for a SAL shipped item worrying if something had happened.

Never again.

Ah such good feedback for AmiAmi then, thank you!

Will start ordering my next figures from them, eyeing up a few.

Revan21, yep that figure is really nice, what is she from?

C.C. from Code Geass

And they will probably make this Kallen as her pair. For 2x1500yen, I'm buying

Yay, I'll be getting GSC's Yami next month. Second hand, but in perfect condition, for the original retail price. Can't wait!

Looks like she is only supported by one foot. Unless it is quality material that thing is going to fall over at some point

In two years I didn't hear anyone complain about any leaning problems

It's GSC. They're a top tier manufacturer, so will use ABS and/or a metal skeleton for her, if not some other material. Lots of figures have poses like that these days and are just fine.

I'd never trust Banpresto's prototypes (or sega or any other low budget/prize figure manufacturers)

That's absolutely true for Sega but Banp. usually turns out the same as the prototype.

How do you like your Sega Luka?

I wanted to pick her up but the photos on HS didn't really convince me that she was worth it

I haven't opened any of them yet. I was kind of shock when i saw the Tenchi figures. I had bought one, and accidently walked off with another package in my hand. I figured out a bit later, and returned it. Luckily the vendor hadn't noticed so they hadn't called security or anything. I ended up feeling guilty though, so I went back the next day and bought it anyway The figures are actually from 2001. I got them from the Assylum Anime booth. That guy finds some of the coolest treasures. He had some 1/6 Aria figures, but they were to rich for my blood at 150 each

Aww my life time anime figure goal is to collect all the 6 1/6 ARIA figures! But at £100 to £150 it's going to take some time!

I can relate to that, we need more Tenchi figures

I only have McFarlane's Ryoko + RyoOhki action figure back from 2000 (those were the days you could hardly find ANY anime figures in European markets - except DragonBall and SailorMoon), but I would love to get my hands on more detailed ones

I've fallen in to the world of Nendos. I swore I wouldn't, but now I have one, I need more. >.< Damnable interchangeable parts. I want funny faces on different characters, so I've just ordered my second, and I'm barely holding myself back from ordering a few more. I don't need this strain on my already tight finances, evil evil figures.

Pre-ordered the new 1/8 Miku (not the append one). I love Miku and couldn't say no at £30 but I'm seriously running out of room on just my desk, need some small shelves in the corner I think.
