Konami is certainly good at inventions. It seems that lots of people got embarrassed while playing the Dance Dance Revolution game at the arcades, so they came up with this idea out of convenience for everyone, not mentioning that it will also serves as a means of exercise and entertainment.

Well, French dubbing at least bothers to TRY to keep the music. Whenever anyone speaks in a SPANISH dub (especially anime) the original music is muted and non-matching original music plays in the background, if at all.

The most notorious example is the Spanish dub for Ninja Scroll, found as an accidental bonus on the Region 4 DVD release.
