First of all subs:
either the subbers are wrong or Azusa ain't so smart after all. With all that's been said, I'll just add that Jun brings the best imagine spots in the series. Although I still want the Christmas episode though. |

this ep just made me sad. I'm missing my bestfriends all of the sudden when the girls were standing by the window watching the snow, pro'lly one of the reasons why I'm being sad all day and this just didn't made my night at all >.< sigh...~ Azu-nyan I know how u feel. |

God damn it, I am going to miss this show when it's done. I'd like to let myself hope for a continuation of some sort, but at the same time I'd completely understand if Kakifly wants to move on to something new. Not all manga artists want to be a one-trick pony after all.
But then again there is something to be said for getting a steady paycheck these days... I'm right there with the folks who have found the last few episodes pretty emotional. It's always like this when you've gotten so attached to a cast of such charming characters and you're seeing them getting ready to move on.

I feel that all 4 menbers was pretty selfish !! oh, they all pass same college!! Only azusa is going to be left. Why are'nt there the first grade members in this club? Did they worry about Azusa seriously? They knew the day would come, when Azusa is only member of club. They should recruite new member more hard !! For Azusa, NOT FOR THEMSELVES... It is real love for the club,I guess. Tonchan??? He is turtle !! Azusa prayed for 4 senpais, in the shrine!!! She is so gentle. |

Azunyan finally shows her tsundere side. How cute!
Mugi's idea of chocolates, she must have been aware of them as aphrodisacs! Wished they animated Mio crying about getting fat. P.S : It should be 100 times 10 yen. Supposedly 10 cents is the smallest denomination buddhists put into temples as a show of respect - shouldn't be any different for Shinto buddhists too.

I have to say, if they were trying to keep their options open, in terms of having a K-On!!! sometime (maybe alternating between the elder 4 in uni, and Azu-nyan's crew back at school) they seem to be doing a fair job of laying the groundwork for it.
I mean, if it ends soon anyway, in line with the manga, fair enough; but there is a strong 'end of the beginning' vibe I get (which, given how much of one's life actually does happen once you leave school, is as it should be).

Anyways K-On is building a lovely momentum typical of KyoAni storytelling, it's becoming almost unbearable to us viewers who empathized so much with these characters... It's gonna be hard when it ends, as hard as Aria was...

Timeline of season 2 so far...
April: Episodes 1, 2 May: 3, 4, 5 June: 6, 7, 8 July: 9, 10, 11 August: 12, 13, 14 September: 15 October: 16, 17 November: 18, 19, 20 December: 21 January: February: 22 March: So yes, pretty big time-skip for this episode. Also, on 2ch they have decided that there is a hidden message on Azusa's 1000 yen paper, especially the serial numbers 'HTT00823N': HTT - self explanatory 00 - 'love' like in tennis. 823 - the numbers in japanese can be interpreted as 'Azusa' N - 'Nakano' Put together we get something like 'HTT love to Azusa Nakano'. People may have been upset that the storyline ends at episode 24 and that the final 2 episodes are fillers, but this allows an opportunity for an timeskip - specifically, an Budokan episode set many years later? Very ambitious and unlikely, but people can hope. |
