Synopsis

But, she finds herself falling in love with Kawaguchi-kun and his strength. He gives her hope that she might finally break free from her past and find true love, but Kasuga-kun stares at her possessively with murderous eyes...

I've been following this manga for awhile now and I'm completely drawn to it. The story itself looks promising and the drama really leaves you wanting to know/want more.

Three chapters are currently available and I think this series is bi-monthly.

So I went to check more info about it on BU, and the rest is in my previous post.

Just read the 3 chapters, and it was a nice twist at the end of chp 2, but it's nothing to 'wow' me just yet. Stories like these, even if it starts off good, falls into the pit of cliches that places it on the same level as everything else out there =02. I would like to be wrong though.

Just have read ch1-2 and it's awesome, nothing much to say anyway. I want to read ch3 an the extra released by Kakera (is it correct?).

It's a special prequel chapter that explains why Azusa moved and how she got to where she is. Girls/people can be so cruel.

No, you are wrong. It's about a kind boy helping a girl OUT of an abusive relationship with a psychotic asshole.

That being said, I fell in love with this manga after reading the first raw chapters in Ribon. It's so unique and it feels very deep. I really love the idea of a good boy saving a girl from a bad relationship with a terrible "boyfriend". To my knowledge, this really hasn't been done before. At least as far as Ribon goes. I need to catch up on it though!

You're not missing much. There are 3 chapters including the special released. The story is getting more interesting and better with each chapter.

I read that they're 10 chapters and 3 have already been translated so we've got 7 (8 if you count the special to go).

Aoi-sensei is very talented with bringing emotions to her characters' faces, especially the eyes. I can't help but really favor these types of manga-ka.

I agree. I liked Rec - Kimi ga Naita Hi to absolutely no end, it made me tear up and I'm a guy. I liked how she captures the emotions, insecurities, and flaw of her characters in a phenomenal way. It really captivates you to keep reading the story to understand the characters and what emotions they express, and what drives them to do what they do.

While I typically am not interested in most shoujo series myself, I'd be wary of making overgeneralized statements. Not all shoujo manga are generally the same, just like not all shounen manga are generally the same. If a single common trope bothers you that much... well, I could ask why you are more tolerant towards tropes that are overused in shounen.

True, I feel that the story could keep going considering that we're building into the tragic aspect of the story and how the two character will deal with the consequence of their actions.
