I'm a big fan of both the Yakuza series and Hokuto no Ken. Naturally, nothing would delight me more than this news! Except maybe the one about Yakuza Kiwami 2 being made, but this was expected.
I already like the approach they're taking with it. An original story based on the manga. It will feel both familiar and new at the same time.
