Oh yeah, that was funny. The producers were obviously fully aware of her character stereotype (for the lack of a better description).

I always thought that segment in Supernova was hilarious.

Oh geez... now I have flashbacks of the 00 movie when Marina asked a similar question, except when she did it, it looked lame in comparison.

I totally agree. It was strange to hear Lacus' sermon in the midst of a battle, but it had a certain silly grandeur. Marina's words were just stupid.
