I noticed in the EP 2 manga 1st chapter instead of 'Sayo' it says 'Kiyo' at page 20.

Not too hard to believe since the hiragana sa (さ) looks almost the same as ki (き) especially at low resolutions.

But anyway yeah my goal is to have a chapter out once a week until we catch up to the latest chapter. It seems like Solo Style Bean is stalled on Episode 2 so maybe we will do that eventually too.

I always imagined it as 'floating pictures in the air' or something, or maybe in a screen/wall facing the windows.

As nice as that would be, that's probably NOT going to happen. My translation speed is limited by the amount of free time I have each week which is only about enough to do one chapter a week or possibly 2 if I want to kill myself.

And about the anime, that's not really a problem, you know?Because people that just watch animes will watch the anime and search the mangá later for more information, and people who read mangá will watch the anime AND wait for the chapters because it's a manga fan, do you get it?;D

I was thinking that the game board was something where you can place yourself in the current scene as an observer. If anyone read Harry Potter here, it's kinda like the pensive.
