Generally, to become a vampire one would have to drink the blood of the vampire that had bitten you. If you don't, chances are one would turn in to mindless "zombie" driven by bloodlust .. sort of a slave to the vampire. Though the methods vary depending what sources you examine, as well as one can become a vampire through magic, rituals and what not. But generally simply being bitten is not enough (though common fiction likes to portray it in such a way) - you need to drink the blood of the vampire that bit you to become one yourself.

That said, i don't know how much of this the writer of Rosario has taken in to account, and he might have as well created different in-universe conditions for becoming one.

Just when I thought that this episode will be but a waterslide of fanservice galore everywhere splashed in the water.....

Nice double episode episodes 5 and 6 back to back was a nice surprise. Swimsuit episode well what can you expect from Mermaids lure men to their death suck the life out of them what a way to go

. I was actually shocked about the water being a vampires weakness they really played up on it, its always been holy water or any liquid that has been blessed but regular water WTF that leads to a lot of other questions such bathing and rain. Well Tsukune paid for his lack of compassion as hardcore Moka slap the ever living shit out of him and then said something interesting. She said that Tsukune didnt have the right to be by HER side in the past she would refer to the other Moka when talking about stuff like that but this time she mentioned herself it was interesting. Over all a fun episode i havent seen that many bathing suits come off since my senior trip

ahhh memories.

Episode 6 was peeping episode i think this type of anime always has to have one peeping episode but to have it follow the swimsuit episode that was cool. It seems even things are stacked aganist Tsukune Moka always seems to have faith in him. I find it funny that Tsukune says Moka does not understand his feelings, when its kind of obvious. She gets jealous keeps other women away from him these kind things point to her growing feelings for Tsukune. I cant wait till we get to the hardcore stuff since from spoilers we know its coming. I was a little disappointed in the fight this week i was hoping since the guy was a werewolf he would have put somewhat of a decent fight but not really in the end he got owned and Tsukune made up for his actions in episode 5 by putting his life on the line again to pull the Rosario off. I guess we still have 2 more girls to introduce into the Harem cant wait to see them. Over all both episodes were kind of bleh but not horrible i didnt bang my head on my desk or anything but i think some of the things they wanted to bring out especially in episode 5 just didnt work out and was presented with more humor than drama.

Its been said so many times but im saying it again the ED is so hardcore naked Dark Moka in sheets is just H.O.T.T not mention the bad ass fighting as the credits roll.

They really kept with the vampire lore about water being their weakness.
