It's been like this in a lot of games (it started as hcf as well, in SF2T). The ones that I can remember are: SF2T, Alpha series (except classic costume Chun in A2 and A3), 3S, Gem Fighters and CvS2. Pretty sure it was also like this in the Marvel vs. series.

Never really was a Chun player, only put a bit of time into her in 3rd Strike as well as SF4 when it came out until I settled on Ken and Boxer as my mains. Anyway speaking of Chun Justin Wong compared her new Ultra to Rufus current ultra in regards to how easy and in ways you can combo into it.

EX Legs into Ultra from anywhere is pretty nasty.. and hit confirm is easy, Chun needed it though.

Juri looks very nice... all her moves are qc motions, she's an offensive beast but has low health.. I think she'll be S or A tier, upper B at minimum.

Especially if SSF4 rewards more offensive play like Seth has said, obviously those changes aren't in the CES build.

And yep Ken does indeed get a cowboy outfit, looks better than i thought it would though actually

Tarzan Dan and Saikyo Blanka is a nice costume swap as well

I've seen it already and it does look to be very useful. In general, T. Hawk looks pretty impressive so far, which is great because he deserves some justice after how terrible he's been before.

Seems the 360 version is getting an exclusive CE with Anime and OST. Animation by Gonzo, I don't really mind that, I might cop Super for both systems actually.

Can someone give me an in depth analysis of Ryu's and Akuma's characters respectively? I know Ryu likes fighting and so does Akuma but what do they like fight so much? What are they trying to acheive? Ther is nothing wrong them wanting to grow stronger and face other opponenets to test themselves an their skills (here some tropers are martial artists so it is understandable) but why is Ryu so worried that he might turn out like Akuma?

It seems the lack of info on Super in the past few weeks is to give TvC some breathing space... anyway looks like they will start revealing the final four characters over the next 4 weeks, one at a time from the 18th onwards.

I'm expecting Ibuki since they've hinted at her the most... though Capcom have been sending out boxing gloves with a rose to some people... so Ibuki or Dudley should be the first reveal.

Some rumors are that the top tier in Super are Dudley, Makoto and Ken..., and the two 3rd strikers are above Ken because they can deal with Chun Li's BS better... so it's like the top 3rd Strike characters in this game, Chun, Ken, Makoto and Dudley are fairly strong.

Hakan is suppose to be a flaming homosexual.. guess this makes sense when people who played Super were saying he will generate lots of hate on XBL. Makato like Dan can cancel her super into an ultra.

Oh and the Chun Li Vs Juri intro clip is out.

It's entirely silly to talk tiers at this point of time so this is just an indication of which characters seem strong atm...

Keno a westcoast player you might of heard of if you keep up with the scene playtested Super, his top tier for it is...

Sagat, Seth, Dudley and Ibuki.

Ibuki got back her 2nd Impact super move Hashin Sho as her second ultra... I'm sure most people never got a chance to play 2nd Impact.. Ibuki and Hashin Sho was ridiculous in that game... and Sean was the strongest shoto character...

Seems Super embargo will be lifted in around 11-12 hours... probably not counting Hakan in that.. posted by that guy talking about the embrago.
