(L) Freezing the anime

In all seriousness though, my order goes by:
1. I'd like to see how different they can make it from it's source (have they learned?)
2. Seasonal figting girls (for the lol)
3. Personal desires (twintails, purrty legs, etc)

In contrast, Hyakka was in reverse lol. Except for the part of the story, which I knew zilch of prior to airtime. Now with Freezy, let's see if #3 can overwrite #1

btw, my main reasons to watch this can be summed in:
- girls beating the hell out of each other (in the most fanservish way possible)
- lotsa bloody-fights in the trailer (IIRC, there wasn't much blood shed in Hyakka Ryouran)
- and the future setting + sci-fi elements... seriously, I couldn't ask for more.

if the anime will live up to the trailer expectations, I'm almost 100% certain I will enjoy this a lot!

Will keep my eye on this. Quite like the two main VAs so will definately check out at least a couple of episodes.

Problem is after reading up to the translated manga part and some spoilers of what to come there just seems to be a lack of common sense or 'plot inconsistencies' that really grate at me. More so than anything I've read recently...

Mamiko Noto as Satellizer???

What the heck are they thinking?

Well, I've never heard Mamiko Noto voice a character that goes into full tilt mode. That should be quite interesting... but until then, I need to say I'm doubtful.

The rest of the VA cast looks pretty impressive though.

Besides the breasts I'd say the VA cast is the most impressive thing so far.

It's actually one hell of a line up compared to some of the other more anticipated animes.

Only other anime I can say I saw with an interesting VA cast was with Soft Tennis.

Maybe they are going to use Noto's role in Mnemosyne. She was pretty kickass there.

Just name some good examples from the just ended fall season. The best we got there was some lovely girl-girl breast fondling in Motto To Love-Ru, and a little bit in MM (thanks Yumi! She seemed to be a bit Yuri in general, then those lovely twintails... sadly she didn't appear often ) Besides that however...

Yes, Chara design is pretty well done
All the girls look pretty good, nice uniforms and all - except for Satelliser, though. Way too long skirt, and can't seem to warm up to her otherwise as well

My reasons:
- girls getting at other girls, hopefully without any pathetic useless guys getting in the way (Muneguy )
- a good amount of fanservice, including some good girl-on-girl stuff
- twintails (need I still mention that? )
- sci-fi-setting is nice for a change

Don't care about the blood... just hope it doesn't get too bloody (flying intestines and such). Not a fan of guro.

Seriously, that scan I posted a while ago is what sold me on this series.

Kana-chan has done some good roles indeed, like Kuroneko from Oreimo.

I'll enjoy some Kitamura Eri beating the crap out of Mamiko
She has also done Yui from Angel beats, and she's also doing Miki Sayaka from Madoka Magika.

Well Mamiko Noto have a very intense character in Kara no Kyokai. That piece convinced me that she can pull off a strong yet very feminine role that Satelizer supposed to be. Plus Satelizer got tortured and beaten up a lot in manga, just like Mamiko's character in Kara no Kyokai. So it might set a precedent here.

But I have a feeling I will not survive this series for long. Too much ecchi / fanservice will turn me off like that zombie anime.

I only played one of them so far (I picked the second Satellizer one), but apparently, you pick a character and then you break the "bricks" (clothing). I think you have to beat the game within a certain time limit too. But once you destroy the bricks, you'll reveal what's underneath (skin, undergarmets).

It's a pain to beat (since im not that good), but when you clear it, you'll get some picture. Apparently, the bricks around her breasts take a REALLY long time to break (at least for the one I played)

Nothing too special but, here's what I got for beating one of them, although the game just kinda said congratulations for no reason:
