Well, there are several things I will give a try at least, but there are series I am curious about and a handful I am hyped about.

Hyped

Mushishi s2 pt2 - obviously. AOTY. Hands down.

Akatsuki no Yona - read the manga and like it a lot.

Sora no Method - may fill the "Argh! Too adorable!" slot for the season.

Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso - read some of the manga and like it a lot. I like classical music and am fine with romance and melodrama if done well.

Amagi Brilliant Park - KyoAni fan and what little I have read of the manga looks interesting.

Curious

Log Horizon s2 - liked s1, though only watched it at the beginning of the summer season. Curious to see what they will adapt from the source and how much.

Hitsugi no Chaika s2 - I enjoyed Chaika s1 quite a bit, and am looking forward to s2. S1 was more of an enjoyment series than an "excellence" series for me, I guess, so my expectations are nothing, say, like Mushishi S2 pt 2, but they are fairly high, I suppose.

Grisaia no Kajitsu, Ushinawareta Mirai wo Motomete, Daitoshokan no Hitsujikai - three love story/harem/school setting'ish type stories of pretty different sorts. I tend to like giving these kinds of things a try. Heard good things about the source for the first two. The third is kinda odd, "happy" and picques my curiosity a bit.

Denkigai no Honya-san - the manga is pretty good and am curious to see what they will do with its adaptation.

Shirobako - PAW. Enough reason to give it a look-see-try.

Yuuki Yuuna wa Yuusha de Aru - looks quirky and curious to me for some reason.

Donten ni Warau - puzzledly curious about this. No idea what to expect.

Carryovers

Yama no Susume S2 - It has delivered and was a pleasant light hearted surprise. Has moments of possibly surpassing my tolerance levels for d'awww kawai'ness (and I watch kids shows like PreCure, Ojamajo Doremi and Jewelpets), which was unexpected.

Happiness Charge PreCure - a good PreCure season thus far; not stupendous but not boring either. Surprisingly thought provoking at times. Cure Honey is awesome. So there.

SAO S2 - the GGO arc was pretty good as far as "summer enjoyment series" go. By far the worst part of it was listening to other posters' complain and bash the series.

Sailor Moon Crystal - not quite what I was hoping for, but is still an okay adaptation that I am enjoying so far.

So at the moment I can see at least five guaranteed watches next season: Mushishi s2 pt 2 and the four carryovers. Hopefully there will be other good series, but I guess the other four in the hyped section are the ones I am betting will be the most interesting for me. I am betting Log Horizon s2 and Chaika s2 will also be watchable and enjoyable.

Sleeper hit(s) of the season for me? Tough to guess, but at the moment I would have to guess Yuuki Yuuna or Honya-san?

They marked half of VN-adaptations as "VN-adaptation" and half as "Game-adaptation" so really, hoping for better from this people is just... unwise.

FS/N UBW - Because ufotable has shown they can do it, much unlike a studio which will not be named.

Psycho Pass - I'm still not sure what this will be about, but still watching it whether it's a remake or a whole new story.

Mushishi S2 pt 2 - Favorite series, so the 2nd part of S2 is a given to watch.
F/SN UBW - Hyped to see Ufotable's work.
Gundam Build Fighters Try - GUNPLA! Looking forward to seeing the staff bring about the fun they gave viewers in S1, and fixing up what wasn't too well received.
