Pretty moot to justify whether Kaaya is right or wrong when we don't know the reason behind it. However, her reason would probably be the same as Neeba's.

IMO, Jil still havn't let go of Kaaya and will take her back if she wants to. As for Fatina, she seems to be trying too hard to forget about Neeba. She feels betrayed but the feeling is still there so she tried to go with Jil to forget it.

And little Kai is just too cute. Even more so than Coopa. I do wonder what happened to Coopa and Melt though.

I'm surprise you can make such wild allegation. Most of which can't be proven without obtaining future sight. It difficult to know whether kaaya intended to bring anyone along on the final journey, so which reference can you use to say kaaya has no intention. While it may be true that at the begining she intended to finish her task by herself the journey itself has been meaningful towards her in a positive way, a stronger bond can change people in many way and also how would you justify Gilgamesh's sword which whom kaaya gave to Jil. I could be wrong but there is likely to be a strong reason behind it all.

I can simple turn this around and say by not bringing anyone along she is causing no harm to those around here. By bringing her companions along she is putting her companion in greater harm, out of those two instances would say is more hazardous.

You're also questioning her relationship to the group, if Ahmey death didn't mean anything then we wouldn't see an emotional kaaya. Evidently throughout episode 10-12 she ask Jil many times what are his reason for climbing the tower and to think more about the safety of the group. Oddly enough i can think of no reason other then wanting jil to be there with her. Am I wrong to say she was dependant on Jil especially during episode 10 with the illusion and ghost and how Jil promises to protect her.

Well, I'm not making an assumption here, I'm stating a fact. If she intended to bring anyone with her she would have told those 'chosen ones' about the second part of the tower. Do you seriously think that it is actually possible for her to take anyone without even telling them there is no Blue Cristal Rod and that they've been risking their lives fighting monsters and the guardian for absolutely nothing? I though it was quite bluntly shown that she had her own agenda while climbing the tower that she refused to share with anyone else.

Of course, a strong bond can change a persons heart but obviously it was not strong enough to have her share her goals with her party. Let me restate that, later on there was too much guilt on her side, especially during Jil's fight for her to say anything. I've already said that for me Kaaya is a soft hearted Neeba with an added option of guilt.

Lets see, she needed a strong party to reach the middle point. If the road up ahead is dangerous she would've had brought her party to the second part. The most probable assumption is that the second part is not so dangerous as the first one.

There are a lot of emotions that run through ones hear especially if they are hiding the truth. Not to mention the fact that Ahmey died fighting a monster for a reason that Kaaya knew was not going to happen. How would you react if someone died for something that you knew was fake?

I may also turn around your point of view and say that she simply wanted to assure her safe arrival at the top of the tower, which I believe is strongly exaggerated.

My only gripe with this episode is apparently Jil doesn't have his old shield, the sword Gilgamesh gave him, or Ahmey's spear anymore. If he had any of them, he would've equipped them. Unless he randomly left them on the top of the tower. >_>

Also, Henaro being a "druid" was a surprise. I was expecting just an archer with a unique weapon. Energy axe for Utu was awesome as well.

Yet another enjoyable episode. Some very decent and great Fatina development in this episode, which i'm sure will progress along with the story. I just loved her little "you better protect me" towards Jil at the end of the episode. I said it last week, and i'll say it this week, it's going to be interesting watching the two interact, all the way upto meeting Neeba and Kaaya again.

Funniest scene had to be Utu's first appear in the episode. That's what you get for spending all of first season in that armor. Wonder if he plans to tell Fatina anymore scary stories.

Henaro is adorable. I'm glad she's apart of this journey.

Preview: Yay for the return of Melt and Coopa. I've missed those two quite a lot, especially the legend Melt.

And it didn't even take all that effort to convince Fatina to join along with the climbing team...she just can't leave Jil by himself...

She also asked him to "protect her" which is quite significant to this whole love triangle hubub...so my doubt on her has been eased off for the moment.

And wasn't this an amazing second episode that really puts us back into the action. Gotta love Ki and her spooning action...

And Henaro joining the team as well was unexpected, poor girl. Though I think her druid "love love" ability will come of great use to the group if not just to avoid conflict altogether. There also seems to be some chemistry between her and Utuu so I will be looking forward to that

Lol it's so funny that nobody knows Utu w/o his helmet.

Baby Ki is just SOOO cute , if I was Elmira, I would hug her and kiss her and love her to death.

The Jil/Fatina moments were excellent. They really mesh and work well together, to the point were I feel Kaaya won't win the love-triangle. With Utu and Henako, they really feel like a solid team. Melt and Coopa were great and all, but it felt like they didn't have any unity; like they were there for their own reasons and nothing else. That doesn't make them bad, just not as good as the feeling I'm getting from this team.

What happened to Gilgamesh's sword that Jil had?

Is that Henako girl(w/e her name) the char that people had to vote for?
