Considering what the kanji for "3" looks like combined with the title of the season, at this point I'm tempted to call it "Hidamari Sketch: Stars and Stripes Forever", but that would just be silly.

Regardless, I'm never opposed to more Hidamari.

I'll add a 'hooray' for more Hidamari, but ponder since Shaft looks to be putting on a heavy schedule over the next few seasons.

In some way an amazing naming sense. Does this means we'll finally got to see Nori and Nazuna? I totally can't wait to see Nazuna!

I suspect some of their newly announced shows will be broadcast in the same season just like Bake and Zan.

A whole new season? These are definitely great news. If only we didn't have to deal with TBS's horrible broadcast.

I sure hope so.

Gotta love how a third season was so obviously going to happen.

Ooh this is nice.
But the fact that it can be written as Hidamari Sketch X *** is somewhat... intriguing.

Ah, now this is what I consider to be awesome news. Yuno shall rule over all. After taking her required bath of course.

The show's not so continuity heavy that it necessarily needs to be in order. That, and Shaft and Shinbo's sense of experimentation, however weird it is, I feel helps to enhance the atmosphere of the presentation.

Er... not really. I was distinctly annoyed at having to search in order to catch the second part of the school festival. Also, the furo scene felt rather forced in some episodes. It's a slice-of-life show. What experimentation?

In the visuals. That's what Shaft usually does, and Hidamari is no exception.

Well, visual-wise, I would accept the presentation, with or without experimentation. However, if it had went wrong, I would have facepalmed.

Yeah, the graphics are great, very appropriate for an anime about art school. They and Yuno's fever dream were the best thing about the show.

My friend once commented that the fever ep looked as if it came out of EVA.

It reminded me of what goes on inside Oosaka's head.

EDIT: I just rewatched that episode and the graphics in it are far and away the best of the whole series. A double winner!
