Why the hell does it need read phone state and identity permissions?

Pass. Sad because it looks good, but I don't want random developers reading my IMEI.

It is required by leaderboards ( some information about device are joined together, [not IMEI, and not Phone number], hashed to unique ID and passed to leaderboard server )

It is also for AdMob which is currently disabled because of performance problems.
