Well i think its going well he is kinda irritated when he saw Ning Er with the other guy ( well i dont know if it really is a guy cause Ni lie felt his kinda feminie when they are going to the tomb?)

So from the latest raw, it seems the story has reach the turning point.

It's seem that Nie Li rebirth is not just a simple rebirth after all. Even Zi Yun and Ning Er somehow recall/dream about what happened to them in Nie Li previous life. When Nie Li reached the temple where the Temporal Demon Spirit Book was enshrined in his previous life, the temple was in ruin and book is gone. Nie Li even thought that his current life was not real but a mere dream. Then Nie Li was assailed by a massive headache and fell into coma for one whole month. My guess is Nie Li will lose his memory from his previous life and revert back to his old self. But I hope I am wrong . Hopefully the new chapter tomorrow will explain what happen to him.

I think he in coma bcs mayb need to adjust the current timeline laws

Maybe because he altered the timeline someone else has the demonic book and because that happened he got a headache because in reality he was supposed to get it but changing all those events he probably has to take a backlash of some sort?

Yeah, maybe someone else got it earlier but I have another theory. Remember how the remnant page of the Temporal Demon Spirit Book reacted with Nie Li soul? My theory is that can be that there can only be one book in any timeline. And that book was within Nie Li soul. So when Nie Li soul return to the past, his book overwrote the current book existence, rendering it into like it never exist in the first place. Well we will get the answer by tomorrow or later.

Nope. So far there's nothing that point out his/her gender clearly. Well, it was really funny when...

I might have missed something, but I didn't see that in the chapter. After he realizes reality differs from his expectation, his head immediately starts to hurt and he passes out. There was no time for him to think anything like that.

Well, not literally. Those are just a summary. It happen when he is fainting, one sentence said "...everything seem to become unreal."

have not read the raws so this is just my guess....

I'll go with the one theory that there can only be one Book and currently inside his soul...
but instead of overwriting it when the page he found got sucked into his soul, instead it attached to the soulbound book... that's all it did, attached ... ~think of it like using a loose page as a bookmark~
so when he went to the temple, that's when the loose page merged with the book becoming part of the book itself, which caused a somewhat backlash which caused him to a coma ... ~think of it like those various shows when the characters attach pieces of an artifact to make it whole, there's always that blinding lightshow~

well, everyone is talking about the book, but i'm the only one who thinks that the real turning point is that Nie Lie is going to the zones where the "true" experts lives. when he is just 14 years old?
in his past life he went there after being truly strong and died there, but now he is only 14 years Old.

now, about the last chapter; for me:
His head hurting is only natural at this point, since everyone here is at last chapter, we know that the methods that Nie Lie is using to advance are really dangerous, a lot of times we have a monologue of how dangerous those methods are and that he is doing a good amount of damage to his body/soul because of that.
but since he does not have any time, is better to become strong now and worries about the problems that those methods can do later.
is just that the time to it to affect his body came sooner than he thought.

So whats happening in the current arc? He went to the place where the Temporal Spririt Book was, but the place was in ruins. And Xing Er and waifu have dreams about what happened in the past? I think he will marry both of them in the future.

And Nie Lie is dreaming he is a girl? Talk about plot twist. Actually I expected the book to be not there. If you read the translated chapter about them in the ancient ruins, and that monkey came out of now where and how Nie Lie remembers that the monkey wasn't there in the past? So the future was bound to change. My guess is, the book is within his soul, in the translated chapters there has been mentions that his soul is crazy and acting weird.

Bit of a translation note here, which applies to this series in general as well as to the name of the person in the spoiler: 妖 is often translated as "demon", but you shouldn't interpret that in the Judaeo-Christian way, but rather in the sense of things like elementals or local deities (think more like dryads and satyrs and whatnot), etc. If you are familiar with the Japanese term "youkai", then you should know that is a loanword from Chinese (妖怪) and any imagery that gives you is very appropriate. Another Chinese word which uses the same root, 妖精, is used to refer to fairies, sprites, elves and other beings of that nature.

I guess what I want to say is that it doesn't necessarily carry the same negative "evil" connotation that the English word "demon" does, although that certainly can be the case.

This distinction is necessary when considered in light of another Chinese character that is also translated as "demon" or "devil": 魔. (Some of you may recognize that this can also mean "magic".) Anyway, when this character is translated in a way that means "demon", you can go ahead and use the Western idea of demon.
