It's been known about for a while, but it's a troll site. A whois reveals it's registered to some random dude called David from PA.

Still there have been a lot of rumors/hints over HL3 and...I want to believe

There is no relevant news concerning Half-Life 2: Episode 3 or Half-Life 3, so this thread will be closed for now.
