Sometimes but not always, the cover girl for the first vol. of a light novel series might not not be the lead girl.

I tend to say "lead girl" as a series can often have more than one primary girl. "Lead girl" or "main heroine" in this case is the blonde. "Main girl" can refer to the other primary girls. You know, the other harem girls.'

It looks very interesting as a series, you certainly feel the "Tomozaki" vibe. The covers are definitely eye-catching !
I hope it can be licensed and published in English.

I wondered why this novel with a riajuu MC was so popular and after reading it I think I can answer that. It's just well written, it just screams seishun, the characters may be riajuu, but before that they are just good people. Though I have to say many of them actually don't feel like any high schoolers so that part feels a bit artificial. Really feels like Tomozaki seen from Hinami's side. While v1 feels like a guide book for better or worse, it turns more into a rom-com beginning with v2.
