Gotta say, 45k a month is damned cheap for an apartment, especially one with a built-in butler in the middle of a major city. If it weren't for plot based reasons, I don't see why she'd not instantly have them all rented out.

Btw, on page 10, is Hina wearing a single long sock and nothing on the other leg? Or is that just bad shadowing?

if San Francisco is anything to go by, Nagi should be able to rent those rooms out for 2000+ each.

I think Tokyo's supposed to be one of the most expensive cities to live in, on par with or around the same range as NYC. So 200k would probably be the low end of what she could get, especially considering it has a butler and maid.

I would say it's because of who runs the place. Frankly, I wouldn't be trusting a small place like that which has only children.

Location, location, location. Even if it's run by children, as long as the roof and walls stay on, who cares? Even better if they utilities stay on. Even without a butler, it's a bargain at twice the price.

these are SROs, not full apartments. So definitely on the low end of the 2k scale.
