But Flere's summary pretty much well... sums it up; nothing really really amusing happened that's worth noting except Hamazura wanting to become a disciple of Kamijou and Takitsubo sensing that Hamazura is walking down the path of unfaithfulness...

I agree with you RPG fanatic, read ch 1 of NT2 last night, slept for 9 nine hours, and have 2 chapter translated, ahh it feels like an early christmas

Finally get my hand on NT2 and glance through it. It really feels like somebody else is writing this volume. There's too many 4th wall breaking in one volume and the gag just feel out of place compared to the previous 23 volumes. Hopefully, in the later part of the novel he will return to his old writing style instead of this disjointed writing style.

So Fremea prefers Hamazura, at least Last Order's spot was not taken.

To put it in concrete terms, it was possible she would end up with no scenes for three whole volumes.

Misaka Mikoto intuitively determined that fact and frantically chased after that boy.

It was Kamachi's idea. Somehow, he thinks it will be funny to have a 1 line part in a chapter =.=". Even later in the volume(chapter 2 I think), Kamachi do the cliffhanger thing that's usually on the end of an retro anime episode(the one where the narrator usually narrate something cliffhangery and then ends it with, "to be continued next time") on a gag scene.

Although I won't deny that this might be refreshing to some readers, I'm really not impressed with his writing style in this volume at all, even for a build-up volume.

Kamachi-sensei troll-ing at its best. The author proudly declares that Mikoto will be present for three volumes. At least Mikoto might interact with ITEM or Misaka Worst or Last Order or Accelerator. I want to their conversation although Accelerator and Index brief talk was expected since she was only eye-ing his wallet [joking].

So do you guys think it's better than NT!?

So far some things don't make it as great as its other volumes but that happens with a lot of writers and artists where they don't live up to stuff they have done before. Maybe it's because he's doing two novels and a manga?
