Nanoha never casts Starlight Breaker with cartridges. Neither does Plasma Zamber use any. The whole point is that they're collection spells, and work around the limits of the casters' throughput by using external sources of energy. Cartridges would at best speed up the casting time slightly.

I think the Wikipedia entry is full of it (so I guess I think that the DVD booklets are full of it). SB EX isn't anything Nanoha ever uses. They also list Barrel Shot as a bind...

In StrikerS that won't be a problem anymore, because in the A's comic, after the YnS incident, Raising Heart's frame just got reinforced.

Combination of the subject matter on a conceptual level, and the actual representation in terms of art style and specific appearance.

I like those Old/Young (well, more accurately Young/Younger) pics. Though Fate (9) looking more come-hither than Fate (15) is kinda disturbing. And taking away her Valkyrie skirt/fauld-thing doesn't help.
