Also I do remember the tiny Magical girl saying that the "Mahou Shojo Project" was already set in motion, and now we learned that Loli's family is rich and very stable...could it be that they are the ones who started this project?

Ok I'm gonna make a small summary of chapters 10, 11 and 12 since the raws are out but not translated yet. As I don't know every char's name I'll refer to them as:

MC = main char
Loli = blue haired girl
Blondie = the girl who just confessed to our MC, I don't remember if she's blonde but meh.
Tits = yeah
Pervert = the cop who wants tits
Mute guy = self explanatory
Bishonen = tits' love interest

Also I don't know japanese so anything about dialogue is mostly speculation, but the scenes are very explicit so that helps. ok, let's go:

Following the confession from chapter 9 (actually 2 confessions) MC gets angry at blondie because he doesn't believe Loli could be like that, so they get separated. MC goes to Loli's house and finds her dad (?) at the entrance (the house is quite big, not like a mansion but, you get the idea) here MC talks with loli's parents (?) and the loli from that era appears, cute stuff happens and MC finds that his younger self is also there. Meanwhile, Pervert is on his appartment jacking off to Tits (yeah) and he sudenly sees Blondie being hit on by some thugs.

Back to MC, more cute stuff, young MC leaves the house and while everyone else is busy, MC goes to loli's room and finds several drawings who look exactly like the Mahou Shoujo from the future, including small toys. Loli's father is watching him from the doorstep.

Spoiler for Chapter 11:

Loli's dad asks him what is he doing there and is holding a kitched knife, MC somehow brushes him off but takes a small toy resembling a Mahou Shoujo (the giant one that had her head upside-down) from young Loli's desk (it feels weird to call someone "young loli" but whatever). MC leaves the house while Loli's dad still watched him from the window.

Back to blondie, it seems that the thugs took her to a karaoke place with food and shit, the thugs want to rape blondie, she resists kicking one of them in the face, one of the thugs pulls out a knife and threatens Blondie, but before they can do anything, Mute guy appears with a baseball bat and takes them down, Pervert is also there and I think he explains that he found him somewhere. Back to MC, he's alone in a park watching at the Mahou Shoujo toy, a girl with glasses aproaches him, he tries to brush her off but she insists that he should go to her house. The girl is a mangaka btw, after some dialogue in which MC is still mindfucked, he takes a shower and relaxes a bit, he goes to sleep and mangaka girl sleeps with him (not having sex, just right next to him like a mother).

Back to Pervert, he beats the thugs who are now tied with a rope, he also ties Mute guy and Blondie because he wants to find the younger Tits, he eventually does find her (noticing that she has boobs even though she's 10 years younger lol) and goes into attack mode, but right before he can do anything to her, he gets immediatly cockblocked by a spark of lightning, everyone returns to 2012!

Everyone is back in 2012! (Mute guy and Blondie are still tied up btw) the massacre continues and we are introduced some new Mahou Shoujos including one that looks like from a 8-bit NES game who can shoot people and skin them like nothing (yikes). Now we see some sort of "zombies" who appeared, apparently they are the people killed by the Mahou Shoujo but I'm not sure. Pervert starts fighting them with a knife (what's with this series and knives) and he manages to kill 2 Mahou Shoujos too, this is a VERY cool scene for Pervert.

Then another Mahou Shoujo appears who looks just like the one Pervert killed and proceeds to kill Pervert!!!! (nooo). We get to see more people getting killed by these girls, you know typical stuff, the team tries to escape, another Mahou Shoujo appears, this one walks like a spider even tho it has just 2 legs and 2 arms, Mute Guy gets killed by this girl when she shoots a ball with a smile face and some spikes on it. Everything seems lost until the army appears! well, more like 2 army people, a big guy and a hot girl (she looks like Mikasa from Shingeki). MC and Blondie get rescued by them.

2 new characters appear, a little girl in a cute pajamas with an animal design and a big guy/girl in a black cloak with a hood and a mask, the brush off the zombies like nothing, say some stuff and then they go.

Now we go to Loli's house (remember this is 2012 again, not the past) she's in a bed receiving medical treatment from her dad, Tits and Bishounen are also there holding hands while in bed. Back to MC, blondie and MC are talking, Blondie starts crying and MC gives her a hug. Back in Loli's house, Loli wakes up and for some reason goes to the roof, her father finds her and she has this evil smirk on her face, she starts saying something.

After that, the army guys + Mc + Blondie go on a mission to save some people from the "zombies", Blondie manages to distract them and then gets attacked by them, she starts crying happily as accepting her death when suddenly all zombies dissapear. The last thing we see is Loli smiling and saying something to her dad in the roof.

I guess chapter 12 pretty much confirms what we've been talking about.

Did you hear of the "Happy End" though? And just to tell you, Tsukube is the one who created the "Mahou Shoujo" and her real name is Asuka. Although it's a bit scary, I like it. I don't think it's hopeless though. sry for spoiling

So any human can use a Mahou Shoujo stick if you're able to take one from them. So a countermeasure against them is now shown. It also takes me to this other theory that this series could in fact be connected to Sato Kentaro-sensei's other Magical Girl project - Mahou Shoujo Site.

The reason I'm saying this is because...

Spoiler for Mahou Shoujo Site to Mahou Shoujo of the End Connection Theory:

The Mahou Shoujo hunter was killing other Mahou Shoujo to use the power of their sticks for a specific purpose. The fact that a human wielding Mahou Shoujo powers that isn't their own is sort of the proof we've seen in MSotE when the policeman was using the sticks to fight them. However, he didn't suffer any of the lifespan reducing side effects though from what we've seen in the former.

Maybe the sticks in Mahou Shoujo of the End are advanced to the point where a Mahou Shoujo can use them without restraint, but then again, I could be wrong, since they're not human. But the policeman used the sticks to fight them on even ground without so much as effort for the time being. I think maybe if he continuously used the sticks he probably would have suffered from the life span reduction side effects due to him being a full blown human.

Well that's all for now. I hope this series gets more attention. We got chapters 14 and 15 in such short notice so maybe there's hope after all.

I'm here to announce that chapter 16 has been scanlated and released. I hope the translator team will do constant update on this series since the raws are so further along. "Sigh" Suppose all we can do now is wait "shrugs shoulders".

It's not a matter of drop, but more like the translators are too busy with other projects or in rl. Such things do happen to certain series either due to lack of interest or they just want to work at things at their own pace. Nothing really unusual about that, but at least we got a new chapter of this series since the late release, so it's safe to say that this series hasn't been dropped...for now.

You know it's pretty awesome this manga started as another zombie apocalypse to mahou shojou to time travel to superdimensional conflict beyond the time with demon and mahou shojou and human.
despite the amass confusion in latter chapter it still interesting to read, i give kudo for mangaka for this.

I dropped it for exactly this reason maybe it is my lack of intelligence but i dont understand what is happening :/ plus i wanted to see the main chars getting superpowers too so that everyone can punch the living sh*t out of each other
