Tales of Luminaria the Fateful Crossroad anime got announced today.

Funimation has the streaming rights for it.

Funimation doesn't say it but the JP Lunaria account calls it an anime special. It's most likely along the lines of the Crestoria short that was streamed on Youtube to promote the game, also made by Kamikaze Douga.
