Well this should be a good lesson for Hana. Just because someone offers you food...doesn't mean it's a good idea to accept the offer.
Although it might be too late. There is a weird future waiting for these characters and Hana has mostly figured that out. If she wants free and delicious treats...she must indulge that crazy sister . But yeah, it was a pretty amusing first episode. Hana really does help carry the whole thing with flipping between utterly serious and utterly absorbed in sweets.

Pretty much another UzaMaid, only softer and more squishy, and the girl actually has to be lured in rather than the lolicon stalking her and invading her privacy under the guise of "doing her duty". I get the feeling it won't be quite as amusing but I'll still watch. Kind of odd how they're switching from young men who are treated as lolicons without concrete evidence to legitimate lolicon women with dress-up fetishes. I preferred the former to be honest. For one thing, in the former we weren't dealing with actual lolicons, just guys who got in bad situations and got nervous in said situations.

And of course, the first thing we hear is MYA-NEE!
Have to admit, I'm surprised how much cuter the new artstyle makes everyone look, especially Hana, who was never this adorable in the manga. That said, Hinata is still the absolute queen of cuteness and fun in the whole series, and I'm definitely looking forward to more of her, one chapter in particular even. Something else I didn't expect was the abundant use of dead eyes, but if it remains as effective as it was this episode, I'm totally fine with it. On a more serious note, I'm impressed with the amount of little movements the characters do, even when they're not the focus, like Hinata playing with her hands while Hana looks down at the sad pile of garbage in front of her. Yes, the premise is really icky when you think about it, but just focus on Hinata and... well, you could also just walk away, I think anyone would understand. Watched episode 1:
The cuteness got me. 9/10 for first ep. The reason I like this but drop uzamaid... is because they are not trying to shove muscle girl fetish into my face with this anime.
