well with image ready I just use the box drawing thing and put it on 2pt no fill and you can have a set size of 100x100 or whatever.....not sure if there is any other way...but thats how i do it wit imageready

I am looking for two GIFs, one of episode 88 with luffy all pointed eyed over chopper's transformations, and two when chopper is in episode 85 going "shut up" while smiling, it's ok if no one does those, though, at least tell me a program to make my own GIFs, i don' twant anyone to think bad. I already have people on the other parts of the board mad at as it is, for stupid reasons.

lol why would we get mad, this is a GIF request thread. The only thing that is annoying is when people don't use this format:
