Nah, I agree with Shana: it looks fine as is!

If you want to play around with the umbrella some, perhaps you could turn it into the one used in Sola...

Sorry about that. Playing games and tracing all at the same time ended up being a little more difficult that I initially though.

It's been forever and a day since I made a full body trace; It wouldn't hurt to try and make another one in the future.

Each time i see a post here i think that Valky trace is done

Well nice tracing again. First thing i notice was the end of the umbrella, the cat face
And another thing, the ribbon seems to be behind the hand on your trace. But the original one looks like it's before, simple task of picking the ribbon outline i think. But it is very vague on the pic, so i could be wrong.

Sephi you are my hero for noticing the changes!

Was never able to get the cat face right, so I ended up ditching it all together.

And the ribbon thingy is probably because I added lines to it in an attempt to make it seem more realistic. (or so I think)

I wasn't talking about the cat face that was left out though, there are other things left out as drops of water and a line on her collarbone!! (today in class 5-2 anyone :P ?). But the thing at were she holds the umbrella. That cat face is win It's hardly notable on the original, but you made something nice of it.

Oh you were talking about the other one, my bad.

Had this been a Lucky Star trace I would have replaced the cat face for a Konata one in a heartbeat.

It is a pity that you couldn't get the cat to look right though!

... maybe you should apply Konata's face on the umbrella after all.

Photoshop CS. I have never gotten my hands on Illustrator, so that program is pretty much a mystery to me. >_< !

Been having some "artistic issues" with the trace and that alone has prevented me from finish it. >_< (hope she buys that and doesn't realize that I am just being lazy with it)
