Following summary made by kanoeN on MangaFox forums:
With Ruby's fight over, the group continues down the hall. Suddenly, there's an earthquake. Cut to Gyokuro saying that Alucard is beginning to awaken, and asking if Akasha is watching from within Alucard. Whichever the case may be she considers it her victory. Moka is shown to be in pain from the effect of her seal reacting to Alucard's power.
Back to the group: they continue until they get to a room with many doors. Yuakri says she's not sure which way they're supposed to go. Fong-Fong brings some coins out and throws them on the floor as some king of fortune telling trick that will show then where to go. The team heads out the direction indicated by the coins, but at the last minute Fong-Fong stays behind because he senses something is wrong. This leads into the next fight with a new character from Fairy Tale, a chainsaw-wielding loli girl who is actually the #4 boss of FT. She may look cute but she's a sadist and also from the Miao family. She proceeds to nearly kill Fong-Fong, saying she likes seeing the weak and she knows he's the weakest in his group.
The group notices he's missing and Yukari heads back to find him and intervenes in time to prevent the FT girl (her name is Lutie? ルーテイエ) from finishing him off, and Fong-Fong is able to deliver her a surprise finishing blow. Then, a new character from the Miao clan shows up for the next fight (end chapter).
So in short, the little girl and her rescuer are members of the Miu clan, thus Fong Fong's sworn enemies. Little wonder they appeared when they did. Can't wait to see the upcoming beatdown. Until then...
Danger!!Danger!!!danger!!!
Alucard's is a bit awakening..
The girl with the chainsaw........wow!!!!i ok, she is a bad girl.., but i like her!!!damn!she is really crazy!!!
In this chapter the part between Fang-Fang and Yukari is interesting...is like a new couple
I don't know if Alucard is going to awaken.., however, i hope that if he is really going to awaken, he turn in uman form (He regained consciousness of himself),and try to take Moka for his self...not for kill her,but for make her, his woman, this would be a great development for the history...the true antagonist of Tsukune.., not only in fight for save the world, but also an antagonist in love.... frankly, i don't like Alucard like this.....
Spoiler for 47:
Well, that would be a pretty interesting plot twist, but honestly speaking the chances of that happening are pretty small, since based on the information we currently have, once you're mind is fully consumed by you're vampire blood there is no way to regain it - and I think the same can be said about the blood of a Shinso vampire, which is a more powerful and potent version of the blood of an ordinary vampire.
In other words, if Alucard wasn't able to regain his mind for about 200 years (probably even longer then that), it's pretty illogical to think that he would be capable of regaining it now... at least that's what I think.

I agree with you that the chances of that happening are pretty small..,is just that inside of Alucard there is Akasha, maybe something will change in him when he wakes up..,of course is just speculation..But it would be an interesting development...however we can only wait and see how things develop...
Damn..i really don't like that this manga only comes out once a month...a good manga like this, should come out one chapter a week!!!The waiting makes me sick!
So Alucard is really awakening huh?, i know yall have your doubts but to be honest i can't wait to see the showdown between our heros and him, as for worrying about Moka, don't worry to much nothing is going to happen to her, but that Rosary breaking is painful for Omote-Moka that is, poor Omote . I hope she can tough it out, however, when the situation really calls for it, she can show her stuff.

Spoiler for 47:
Regarding Akasha, well in my opinion, the flashback to Moka's past childhood in the Shuzen Mansion isn't the last time we saw her, and her revival might be the author's purpose of going through Alucard's awakening in the current arc, even though the negative consequences of his resurrection overwhelm the positive consequences.
Still, I doubt that Akasha's presence within Alucard has changed anything within him, since according to the flashback to Moka's past, when Akasha sacrificed herself to save Moka, this hasn't been the first time when she went inside Alucard, and it's not like her first entry has changed anything about Alucard's sanity, so the chances that her second entry has changed anything or minimal as well.
Not to mention, I doubt that Alucard is going to fully awaken, since that would mean the "character death" of Outer Moka, who can't survive without the Rosario (at least as an independent personality) and despite the way that it is portrayed right now, I really doubt that Ikeda is going to do something like that to her, since in my opinion, it's too early for Inner and Outer Moka to merge - not to mention that, I think it's something that they both (Innner and Outer Moka) should agree to do, and not be suddenly forced to do, because the Rosario has been broken, by outside forces, that have hostile intentions toward them.
@Shinso Tsukune
Spoiler for 47:
So you really want to see the entire gang be utterly beaten up by Alucard and saved by some a**pull from the author, since I'm sorry to say it, but I can't think of anything else, on how the "showdown" with Alucard is going to look like in the current arc , because the gang isn't powerful enough to deal with Alucard yet.
After all, if they wouldn't have so many problems with the Fairy Tail's leaders if they where powerful enough to deal with Alucard, since in my opinion the Fairy Tail leaders are small fries compared to how powerful Alucard is - after all, we are talking about someone who is capable of wiping out the entire human world on his own.
let's see the 5th and 7th leaders are defeated leaving this other one that has just shown up with the chainsaw girl, once hes defeated that leaves 3 more (excluding Miyabi of course).

Which, unfortunately means 3 to 6 months, until we get to the more interesting stuff. (Depending on how many chapters are going to be dedicated on each fight) + probably some more on the rematch between Miyabi and Tsukune + some chapters spent on Kahula joining the fray.
Honestly, in the worst case scenario it might even take a year, before we get to the fight between Tsukune and Akua (12 chapters of the manga, though personally I doubt the fights against the Fairy Tail leaders (including Miyabi) and Kahula are going to take so much time)
Actually, I'm glad that the plans that Kiria and Hokuto have are most likely going to be revealed after Moka is rescued, since adding that, at the current moment, would also increase the agony... on when we are going to get to the more interesting and meaningful fights.
Or... we could end up with some sort of Battle Royale, in which somehow, everyone is all gathered in the room where Alucard is, and while that means that we'd be taking on all the bosses, it would also mean it'd be done all at once. And as for the weekly comment, keep in mind the tradeoff- it may take longer, but the story quality is also a lot higher (seriously, compare some of the monthly mangas to the stuff running in Jump or Shounen Magazine... there are exceptions, of course, but you'll notice which ones are of the higher quality...)

Spoiler for 47:
Actually, I would like the current arc a lot better, if it would turn out into some sort of Battle Royale. At least it would take less time to resolve the fights against less important bosses (most of the Fairy Tail division leaders). We will have to wait and see how this arc is going to continue developing.
Although, from the looks of it, it's going to be the longest story arc in the R+V manga, since so far, it has already been half a year, since the Rescue Moka arc began (I'm talking about the chapters, where the actual infiltration into Fairy Tail's has began - chapters 43 till the present one), and at the moment there is no ending in site.
Going back to the actual chapter discussion, I wonder how Yukari and Fong Fong are going to beat the Fairy Tail leader they have currently encountered, since even if, in the current chapter Fong Fong has showed us that he is quite a decent fighter , it's not like they can do something against their opponent on their opponent using only martial art moves. (At least, based on the raws, the skill Fong Fong used to defeat the chainsaw girl looked like some kind of martial art technique.)
This is certainly slow moving, add to that the lack of any real development and it's all a bit underwelming.
Any how, Alucard's awakening can only mean 1 thing and that is that atleast in his current form he won't be the end boss. I hope we get a good plot twist that allows his monster form to get destroyed and some of his essence to escape but severely weakend (not the piccolo way). That would leave alucard as the potential final boss but with room for character development.
The development for Fang Fang is nice though, it was a bit lame to have him only as a useless comic relief side character. Let's hope for a better chapter next *sigh* month.

for me the biggest mistake are all those generals....such a waste of space... ok we know that their purpose is for everyone to show off... but couldnt it remained just Gyokuro, miyabi, kaluha... and akua and maybe 1 or 2 sub-bosses.... since the big boss is alucard...
now we need to wait like 4-6months till tsukune gets to mokas place... only so he cna fight akua for like 2-3chapters... than alucard wakes up and another few mnths....
without those generals it would be soo much better... now what everyone uses up all their power on generals... and than wont have enought to face the ultimate evil....
but I seriously hope that this story wont turn into another harry potter.... I mean tsukune fights alucard in his dark mode....but some of the alucard esence posseses tsukunes body.... like structural body base is similar (like tohou funai mentioned tsukune has the same smell as alucard).... so its like alucard by entering tsukune gains again his human form and thinks he can have all girls that tsukune has for himself...
so kinda like with HP and voldemort thing...... but moka and rest with the power of love will need to bring tsukune back by overpowering alucards presence and chase him out of tsukunes body...
anyway my guess for next chapter is that yukari and fong start to fight... some panels with tsukune and co running futher and another general appears..... so it will be like 2fights (1 that is starting... and 2nd that we see next in the line)
those generals are really waste of precious time... and I wonder when tohou funai and kokoa will arive since they had to arrive with next ship...
Ho~, I wonder if Tsukune would have an immunity to Alucard in his dark form. Even more interesting if Tsukune could "absorb" a bit of Alucard, not a lot, but just enough to give himself a little more of an edge.
Of course, it would turn pretty bad if Tsukune turned into a monstrosity himself just for the sole purpose of trying to eat Alucard. Hmm, human/shinso vampire hybrid bites shinso vampire monster... an unlikely role reversal.
But, I SO hope Akasha can reemerge from her own slumber to either rejoin the land of the living, or.... something else I can't think of at the moment. At least she should say hello to Tsukune either way.
Totally agreed man, since shes still alive, she has to reemerge from the belly of the beast, she has to meet Tsukune and have her reunion with her daughter
One of the things, I'm pretty sure about is that Akua is definitively not realizing the promise she has made with Akasha, since the resurrection of Alucard is something that Akasha would definitively want to avoid, even if it means that she could get out of Alucard. So, it's probably one of the things that will be pointed out by Tsukune during his confrontation with Akua, when the contents of her promise with Akasha are going to be revealed.
On a different topic, I wonder when Gyokuro is going to wipe that smirk out of her face, since it irritates me whenever I look at it , and I can't wait to see her face, when things aren't going to go according to her plans (which is going to happen, sooner or later ) and I have to say it would be pretty satisfying if the one who beat her up would be Akasha (naturally if her resurrection is going to occur in the current arc, and she will manage to deliver it).
I don't know why, but Gyokuro is the first antagonist in the R+V series that irritates me so much, that I can't even stand looking at her.
