If you look at an Innovades's eyes and an Innovator's eyes at back to back. The QBW effects are totally different.

Innovades have somewhat of a digital hue, with numerous colors. Whereas a Innovator, has a pure gold effect.

I agree with you that his eyes aren't glowing the normal color of an Innovade but I'm going to want something a little more than that before start calling him a true Innovator. The order of progression for enhanced humans goes super soldier, Innovade, and Innovator it's quite possible that Ribbons with his experiments created something in between a being that's more advanced than an Innovade but that doesn't quite measure up to a true Innovator like Setsuna.

The screenshot is too small to make an accurate guess; you can't even tell what kind of eye effects we're looking at.

Zoom out on an Innovades' active eyes and you'd see gold too. Let's wait until we see the video ourselves before we jump to conclusions.

Even from afar, Innovades still have a distinct color with their QBW. You can see the different colors. Maybe it's because I wear RGP contact lenses, but I'm seeing all gold.

An image that size isn't going to get high quality by being that size. You need an actual screenshot of the video while playing, without it being shrunk down for fitting into a magazine page, to tell. His eyes are too small to tell in the image we've been provided with: we can't tell what kind of effects are in his eyes. Until we can see what effects are in his eyes, there's no point in calling him an Innovade or an Innovator.

Meh, fine then. We'll just wait till the 22nd. Doubt we'll see more than just him talking to someone though.
